Dear Brothers in Christ,
“So we have known and believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them” 1 John 4:16

This scripture emphasizes that God is love and that those who abide in love abide in God, and God in them. This verse highlights the Trinitarian nature of God and the reciprocal relationship between God and believers who live in love. It underscores that God’s love is the foundation of Christian life, and by knowing and believing in this love, believers can experience a deep and abiding relationship with God.
The retreat team has selected this Scripture as the theme for our 34th Manhattan University Businessman’s Reality Retreat which will be held at the beautiful Mt. Alvernia Retreat Center in Wappingers Falls, NY on September 26, 27, 28th, 2025.

It is always a pleasure to reach out to all who visit our website to bring the news of our next retreat. I hope this letter can incite similar preparation and anticipation for another spirit filled gathering in September.
May God bless you and your loved ones,
Live Jesus in our hearts forever,
Peter Monaco, CE
PLEASE NOTE BELOW WHEN REGISTERING:
Due to a Change in the Retreat House policy-full payment of the Retreat for the weekend ($325 ) must be received by our Registrant (see the Retreat Form above or below) by September 15th to secure your room.
Depending on the number of attendees at the retreat; the practice of guests sharing bathrooms on the first floor between adjoining rooms or doubling up with another Retreatant [rather than being assigned to a single occupancy] on the second and third floors may occur. Retreatants are asked to assess their own personal health, or other conditions, against any potential risk or issues in participating in sharing a room.
Our retreat facility is spread across a large area. Depending on overnight bedroom locations, this may require a significant amount of walking between the bedroom areas and the conference room, chapel, dining room and any outdoor locations. Please be aware of this when making a reservation. The lower floor does not have an elevator and requires the use of steps for the first-floor elevator to bedroom areas. There is a lift available if steps cannot be utilized. If, for some reason, you are unable to manage stairs, please note that on your registration form so we can be aware of an accommodation.
Note any special needs that we should be aware of — dietary, handicap accessibility, or other.
“More if you can, less if you can’t…”
